1. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability
A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking
Full payment is due before the tour date
Prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7+ days before the tour: Full refund minus processing fees
Cancellations made 3-6 days before: 50% refund
Cancellations made less than 3 days before: No refund
No-shows are non-refundable3. Tour Changes
We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to:
Weather conditions
Safety concerns
Local regulations
Force majeure events4. Liability
Participants join tours at their own risk
Travel insurance is strongly recommended
We are not liable for personal belongings
Medical conditions should be disclosed before booking5. Conduct
Guests are expected to:
Follow instructions from tour guides
Respect local customs and environments
Arrive on time for pickups
