We understand plans can change. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures.

Cancellation by Customer

More than 7 days before tour

Full refund minus 5% processing fee

3-6 days before tour

50% refund of the total booking amount

Less than 3 days before tour

No refund available

You may reschedule to another date (subject to availability)

No-show

No refund or reschedule options available

Cancellation by Boomerang Tours

If we cancel a tour due to:

Extreme weather conditions

Safety concerns

Insufficient participants

Unforeseen circumstances

You will receive:

Full refund, OR

Option to reschedule at no extra cost

How to Cancel

1. Log in to your account at /dashboard
2. Go to "My Bookings"
3. Select the booking and click "Request Cancellation"
4. Or email us at bookings@boomerangtours.com

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Original payment method will be credited

Bank processing times may vary

Modifications

Date changes: Free if made 7+ days before (subject to availability)

Guest count changes: Contact us at least 3 days before

Tour option upgrades: Pay the difference
